Photoshoot Session

As some of you might not aware of this, we are having the Photoshoot Session for the GradNight. Don't worry, you don't have to pay anything for the Photoshoot. It was already included in your payment. Some of the participants have already booked their slot for the Photoshoot. For those who are yet to book their slot, please contact our Crews.

The Photoshoot Session will be held from 1 March 2010 until 12 March 2010, we have morning session (8.00-10.00) and evening session (5.00-7.00) so you can select your slot according to the sessions. This Photoshoot Session avaiable only to those who made full payment, so if you haven't made the payment yet, please do so to be able to have the session.


We are assigning a crew specifically for 2 or 3 tables. They should be in contact with you regarding the Photoshoot and Yearbook Details. If you have any inquiries, you can ask the respective crews assigned to your table.

Payment and Booking Method

Hello all!
This is how you can make payment (for those who already pay deposit) and booking (for those who would like to join GradNight).

1. Contact our crews : You can contact our crews and deal with them. Their contact can be viewed here
2. Bank-in : You can transfer the money through our treasurer's account, Mohd Hazman. The CIMB Account No is 05060149514524. After the transfer is made, please contact him as soon as you do that. We require you email and resit together.

There are still some seats available and in case you have any inquiries, just contact us.

Latest Updates!

We will open our booth again, this time for ticket collection. You need the ticket presented before you enter the hall on the GradNight. During the ticket collection, we also require you to do the booking for the photoshoot time slot. The time and place of our booth will be announced later.

Booth at COE

The full payment venue was changed to COE.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Full Payment Period

We would like to have your attention that our booth will be open at Upten Foodcourt from Monday (8 February 2010) until Wednesday (10 February 2010).

As we have informed before this period of booth opening is to collect the full payment for the GradNight.

There are still some seats left so after this payment period, we will open the seats without the full payment to any new registration (i.e. individuals or couples who would like to join but do not have tables yet).

Yes there are still empty seats for grabs and you can do so by coming to our booth and register for this event.
